12 months ago my site was getting 15 visits a day. I did everything you said above (and a bit more) and it is now getting 75,000 page views a month. If you have patience it will work. I would say though that you have to love google and make sure you keep in touch with Webmaster tools daily. You do have to be a bit “tecki” to get your head round all the coding. Keep an eye on the competition and contact Google when there is a problem.

I don’t have time for the one article a day but I have made the structure of the site perfect so that when I add content it’s all Optimized to the max.

Yeah I have done some of this already though, like posting my website in freebie directories and in various search engines as well and forgot it, and here it is, still getting email notices from various search engines that my site has been indexed. It does work. Your post is great too.
